Delectable Baked Roman Gnocchi made with Sussex Twineham grange “Parmesan", winter chanterelles we’ve literally just plucked from the woods and the heady intoxicating aroma of truffle followed by Suckling pig bellies stuffed with Tuscan sausage then slowl, slowly roasted on our “RollsRoyce” Rotisol Rotisserie, until meltingly tender meat and crackling like fine glass. Finishing is with a mini mountain of our famous home made ice creams.

Start with Fried Seafood … enough said … followed by Lobsters caught off the Anglesey coast adjacent to Emma’s Family Farm, by an old school buddy, given the delectably indulgent Thermidor treatment. Emma’s insanely homely and equally tipsy trifle leaves the night warm and glowing and wraps up this seasons country table.
